Description
Main resposabilities:
- Designing business processes for automation with the requirements done by users;
- Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risks of errors;
- Monitoring (UiPath Orchestrator) and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations;
- Producing process documentation to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward;
- Communicating with the responsible of the global platform;
- Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs.
Requirements for the position:
- Computer engineering, higher education degree or similar.
- Experience with Automation UiPath, or related robotic process automation software is valuable.
- Professional with management skills, with technical background in IT, as well as interest and concern for technology.
- English as a vehicular language with the Group essential.
- RPA Developers are required to demonstrate a variety of both soft and hard skills.
Some of the key abilities required for this role include:
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Mastery of Automation tools, such as UiPath.
Desirable knlowledges:
- Knowledge of the Scrum Knowledge of the Scrum framework and/or similar.
- Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Service Now tools.
