In 2018 we launched <vpTech/> - the IT community of Veepee. Our teams are widely distributed within the offices in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Nice, Barcelona, Brussels, Warsaw, Amsterdam and Tel-Aviv.
As an IT Manager at Veepee your role will be within one of our product teams mainly to provide the means for the team to deliver results in a sustainable manner. Your team will be made up of developers, QA and DevOps for instance. You will work closely with product owners and the business team.
Your main missions will be:
To give meaning to the team adopting the right management methods according to the team needs;
To develop the team without doing micromanagement;
To share company information & spread out team activity;
To define and run a clear and relevant organization within the team;
To build your team with the right competences and the right spirit.
Your profile:
Emphatic and open-minded;
You're not afraid of taking risk for your team and making tough decisions;
Client and user-oriented, your goal is always heading toward the business needs;
Dynamic and able to communicate easily within your team and across the company;
Broad understanding of IT technologies;
Good knowledge of Agile principles;
Good English skills to interact with a large multilingual environment.
